Nowdays transportations have many different with other transportation in the last times. The transportation with their unique serves us for example conventional and online transportation. One of the online transportation is gojek that actually it appears in about 3 years and the conventional transportation is ojek. Every these transportation totally have their own difference. So in the next paragraph I will share to you what the difference of these transportation.

In Indonesia itself has a lot of companies, especially startups build their business using the business model of sharing economy. About the served to be found, actually conventional transportation and online transportation have a significant difference. The online transportation, gojek, is more modern and easier to find with our phone application and the driver will come to us. So that many people don’t need to walk around searching where is the transportation stop in their base. It is so different with conventional transportation, ojek, which we need to search where the base is so it very wastes our times so much to find them.

The second difference is in their cost which we have to pay. The conventional transportation has indeterminacy cost so it can make us as a seldom passenger for this transportation to be fraud. It also has the difference cost in the same destination and actually the cost is cheaper than online transportation. For the online transportation, the cost which we have to pay is relative stable in the distance to go to the destination. Its cost have automatic been calculated in our phone application so makes us never be fraud.

Although the both of conventional and online transportation have the difference in these served and cost, every people may use this transportation consider they choosing because the transportation in the world has their own plus and minus to be used.

The first advantage is safety. Compared to the conventional transportation, online transportation clearly excel the conventional transportation because there is no such thing as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the conventional services. In the past few years, the number of the traffic accident in Indonesia is increasing, one of the main reason is that the rising of motorcycle users (Azizah 2016). But here, consumers can feel safe while using the service of online transportation because the drivers have undertaken a test of safety riding from their company. 

Cheaper rates can be given because, in general, providers of goods or services are individuals or small entrepreneurs who have a lower cost structure than the corporation.

Disadvantages :

• Behind the welcome given by the people, the existence of online ojek and online taxi presence also get a challenge. Their presence often makes conventional ojek and conventionl taxi drivers angry because it was considered to be a rival.
• In different areas of Jakarta and Tangerang, anti against online ojek also appear. In fact, a motorcycle taxi rank did not hesitate to display banners refusal to reject motorcycle online presence in a particular place.
• Looking at it, Government is not silent. Government and community leaders felt the need to explain the advantages and benefits for the long-term presence of the online ojek and online taxi itself.

2. Cite – Citing is one of the effective ways to avoid plagiarism. Follow the document formatting guidelines (i.e. APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.) used by your educational institution or the institution that issued the research request. This usually entails the addition of the author(s) and the date of the publication or similar information. Citing is really that simple. Not citing properly can constitute plagiarism.
3. Quoting – When quoting a source, use the quote exactly the way it appears. No one wants to be misquoted. Most institutions of higher learning frown on “block quotes” or quotes of 40 words or more. A scholar should be able to effectively paraphrase most material. This process takes time, but the effort pays off! Quoting must be done correctly to avoid plagiarism allegations.
4. Citing Quotes – Citing a quote can be different than citing paraphrased material. This practice usually involves the addition of a page number, or a paragraph number in the case of web content.
5. Citing Your Own Material – If some of the material you are using for your research paper was used by you in your current class, a previous one, or anywhere else you must cite yourself. Treat the text the same as you would if someone else wrote it. It may sound odd, but using material you have used before is called self-plagiarism, and it is not acceptable.
6. Referencing – One of the most important ways to avoid plagiarism is including a reference page or page of works cited at the end of your research paper. Again, this page must meet the document formatting guidelines used by your educational institution. This information is very specific and includes the author(s), date of publication, title, and source. Follow the directions for this page carefully. You will want to get the references right.

This transition is so compelling that it is being called Industry 4.0 to represent the fourth revolution that has occurred in manufacturing. Although the terms “industry 4.0” and “fourth industrial revolution” are often used interchangeably, “industry 4.0” factories have machines which are augmented with wireless connectivity and sensors, connected to a system that can visualize the entire production line and make decisions on its own.

Even though some dismiss Industry 4.0 as merely a marketing buzzword, shifts are happening in manufacturing that deserve our attention.
In essence, industry 4.0 is the trend towards automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies and processes which include cyber-physical systems (CPS), the internet of things (IoT), industrial internet of things (IIOT), cloud computing, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence.

There are four design principles in Industry 4.0. These principles support companies in identifying and implementing Industry 4.0 scenarios.^[

• Interconnection: The ability of machines, devices, sensors, and people to connect and communicate with each other via the Internet of Things (IoT) or the Internet of People (IoP)
• Information transparency: The transparency afforded by Industry 4.0 technology provides operators with vast amounts of useful information needed to make appropriate decisions. Inter-connectivity allows operators to collect immense amounts of data and information from all points in the manufacturing process, thus aiding functionality and identifying key areas that can benefit from innovation and improvement.
• Technical assistance: First, the ability of assistance systems to support humans by aggregating and visualizing information comprehensively for making informed decisions and solving urgent problems on short notice. Second, the ability of cyber-physical systems to physically support humans by conducting a range of tasks that are unpleasant, too exhausting, or unsafe for their human co-workers.
• Decentralized decisions: The ability of cyber-physical systems to make decisions on their own and to perform their tasks as autonomously as possible. Only in the case of exceptions, interferences, or conflicting goals, are tasks delegated to a higher level.

Advantages of Industry 4.0

• Optimization: Optimizing production is a key advantage to Industry 4.0. A Smart Factory containing hundreds or even thousands of Smart Devices that are able to self-optimize production will lead to an almost zero down time in production. This is extremely important for industries that use high end expensive manufacturing equipment such as the semi-conductors industry. Being able to utilize production constantly and consistently will profit the company.
• Customization: Creating a flexible market that is customer-oriented will help meet the population’s needs fast and smoothly. It will also destroy the gap between the manufacturer and the customer. Communication will take place between both directly. Manufacturers won’t have to communicate internally (in companies and factories) and externally (to customers). This fastens the production and delivery processes.
• Pushing Research: The adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies will push research in various fields such as IT security and will have its effect on the education in particular. A new industry will require a new set of skills. Consequently, education and training will take a new shape that provides such an industry will the required skilled labor.

Challenges facing Industry 4.0

• Capital: Such a transformation will require a huge investment in a new technology that doesn’t sound cheap. The decision to make such a transformation will have to be on the CEO level. Even then, the risks must be calculated and taken seriously. In addition, such transformation will require a huge capital, which alienates smaller businesses and might cost them their market share in the future.
• Employment: While it still remains early to speculate on employment conditions with the adoption of Industry 4.0 globally, it is safe to say that workers will need to acquire different or an all-new set of skills. This may help employment rates go up but it will also alienate a big sector workers. The sector of workers whose work is perhaps repetitive will face a challenge in keeping up with the industry. Different forms of education must be introduced, but it still doesn’t solve the problem for the elder portion of workers. This is an issue that might take longer to solve and will be further analyzed later in this report.
